The counter
A single balance, shared across the whole organisation. Subscription credits are consumed first, then purchased credits.

300 credits are added when the organisation is created. Enough to analyse a real tender, draft a set of minutes and work with the assistant.

Each AI call draws on the counter along a fixed grid, known up front. No surprise reconciliation at the end of the month.

Either a one-off pack valid for 12 months, or a monthly subscription that refills the counter and costs far less per credit.

The answers people ask for before signing.
What actually consumes credits?
Only artificial-intelligence actions: tender analysis, minutes drafting, drawing reading, schedule generation, chat, email replies. Creating projects, managing tasks, filing site reports or using the foreman portal costs nothing.
What happens when the balance hits zero?
AI features stop cleanly and show the cost of the requested action alongside your balance. The rest of the product keeps working and your data stays accessible. You top up when you decide to.
Do credits expire?
Credits bought in a pack are valid for 12 months. Subscription credits refill every month and carry over one month at most, so you do not stockpile a balance you never use.
Can I try without a credit card?
Yes. Creating an organisation adds 300 credits with no payment method on file. No card details are requested until you top up.
Where is the data hosted?
In the European Union, encrypted at rest and in transit. GDPR and Swiss FADP compliant. A full export of your data is available at any time.
How does payment work?
Through Stripe, by card or SEPA direct debit. An automatic PDF invoice for every pack and every subscription cycle. Swiss VAT applied when your billing address is in Switzerland.
And if I want to stop?
A subscription is cancelled in one click and ends with the current period. A pack never renews itself. Your data stays exportable.
