Terms and Conditions

1. Scope
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Cantaia platform, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for construction project managers in Switzerland. Accessing and using the platform implies unconditional acceptance of these terms.
2. Subscriptions
Cantaia offers three subscription plans: Starter, Pro, and Enterprise. Features included in each plan are detailed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are for an indefinite period with monthly or annual billing as chosen by the customer.
3. Payment
Payment is made by credit card through our secure payment provider Stripe. Invoices are issued monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. Any started month is due. Prices are indicated in CHF excluding VAT.
4. Termination
The customer may cancel their subscription at any time from their management portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Customer data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
5. Liability
Cantaia commits to providing 99.9% service availability (excluding scheduled maintenance). Under no circumstances shall Cantaia be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform. Artificial intelligence provides suggestions and does not replace the professional judgment of the user.
6. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
